Job Description


Position: Unit Office Clerk

Wage: $18.50/hr

Schedule: 8-Hour Shift from Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm

Location: Victoria Hospital, London ON

Under supervision, the Unit Office Clerk is a valuable member of the Sodexo team and has a significant impact on the efficient and effective operation of the management function. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for the effective and efficient conversion of documents from PDF to Word files and migrating it to our new system. This position also requires the successful candidate organize files making it easy to be accessed and retrieved if needed. Lastly, the successful candidate is expected to do other clerical tasks such as typing, filing, photocopying, posting information and making appointments for the department.


Qualifications


What You’ll Need to Succeed:

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Commitment to quality assurance and the safety of our internal and external customers.

  • Experience in clerical tasks
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Well developed keyboard/computer skills with a minimum keyboarding speed of 45 wpm
  • Knowledgeable of MS Outlook and other communication tools
